Protesters celebrating the anniversary of Occupy Wall Street were arrested for attempting to sleep outside of City Hall in NYC late Saturday night.
The only livestream link we could find was to Occupied_Air, and at first the black screen confused us until we realized the livestreamer was filming while in the back of the paddy wagon. The protester in this photograph informed photographer Jenna Pope that it was his birthday before he was loaded up into the paddy wagon. As many of us not in NY listened, the other protestors sang "Happy Birthday" to him.
A photographer was also arrested but was able to take photographs while inside the paddy wagon as well.
Our own streamer @small_affair once ran from police in the rain not knowing she was still live on Global Revolution TV. If streamers can keep their cameras on during an arrest, even if they are only recording sound, the whole world can listen and the details of the arrest can be documented like in the highlight below.

Citizen journalists continue to document these arrests. Many protesters and citizen journalists including Jenna Pope @BatmanWI deserve huge shout-outs for live-tweeting and uploading so many photographs throughout the day on September 15.
We are not sure if these arrests are included in news reports. Occupy Wall Street One-Year Anniversary Begins With 25 Arrests
As of September 15, there have been at least 7,435 Occupy arrests.
Solidarity from #ONOLA. We'll be watching and listening.
